1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Hey, if the shoe fits... When in Rome.... Blahblahblah

My Indys have cats paws. Not that they really need it but it does make them look like stompers which is ok with me :slayer:

These are great^ This is the pair I'd wanted - I've balked at the Bisque before. Great looking.

Do not balk. These are perhaps my favorite shoes:

No offense taken here. I was amused at the reaction you got, if not slightly confused. If they are priced too high, they will not sell; if they are not priced too high, they will sell. Good luck. :nodding:

Toe taps or topy, definitely. Usually taps (I dig leather soles).

Agreed. Other retailers would do well to emulate their product photos.

I install those black nylon/plastic heel and toe taps ... they are super easy to install and replace.

For me, the LWB run a little larger than my barrie lasted boots (J Crew cap toe), but not enough for me to change the size.

Thanks. I am considering stepping up both a half size and width. The D width Barrie fits me will but is just a touh tight on my wingtip boots (I simply use my thinner soks and its perfect). I need to try an E width in each to see the fit. Plaza is tough to find to try though. As a result I end up buying mainly Barrie lasted only because I know exactly how it fits

I really like the sleek modern look of the Plaza last but am concerned it may look too dressy. Do any owners of boots on the Plaza (preferably #8) wear these with denim? Or is it typically with a dressier pant?

I have color 8 captoe with blind eyelets and Safari boots on Plaza last from LS on order and defiantly planning to wear these with denim.
