I believe they were from Leffot. Some of the larger sizes came with the flat 360 degree welt.

Those look way better on your feet than they do in pictures from retailers' websites. Are those the ones on the Van or Copley?

Edit: Looks like Van after further research.

FYI I'm unloading some Alden 907s, see my sig for details

BTW, the 8D in my sig somehow still fit me with a thin dress sock on, even though I'm a true 8.5D. The Hampton normally fits true to size, or runs slightly large?

Because based on the "shoe-last chart," it's way over on the left near the Aberdeen for running tts...

It's also suprisring to see how similar the last shape is to the Modified last... when I saw them in store I would have sworn they were on the mod. last - and wasn't convinced otherwise until I found a pair of 907s on an official affiliate store listing.

Hampton is generally TTS. Having said that, I own Hampton lasted shoes in 9D, 9.5D, and 10C. I am a TTS 9.5D.

In my experience, the Hampton is quite different from the Modified.

Thanks...just have enough Color 8 for now...so looking at others, but prefer darker. I'll keep my eyes open. I think LS had some but they sold out fast. JT
