Hehe. I feel like if they're not going to give them to us, faster shipping probably won't fool them. My order status is "Being Assembled".

ye i dont see why faster shipping would keep them from canceling your order?

Probably assuming that rushed shipping means processing and getting the shoes out of the place faster - less time to check fine print.

Faster shipping probably won't stop them for canceling but if there's only one shoe in a size and a few people bought them the faster shipping guy is probably at the top of the list

+1. You can only size down if you have a narrow foot. I have a wide-ish foot, and the Trubalance fits expertly 1/2 size down; the Barrie does not.

I'm looking at a pair of Alden short-wing bluchers that are color 8. Would they work with a dark jean?

Just ordered the tan suede chukkas from NRO in an 8.5E. Here's to hoping they've really got them in stock. I'm going to expect the worst I think.

See below. I just received these a few weeks back and they don't seem too dark. Although, even shells in the same batch can seem to vary.

Color #8 pretty much works with everything. Where are you seeing them?

Color 8 works especially well with dark blue jeans in my opinion. #8 is probably the most versatile color of all the cordovans

If you happen to take size 10D on Barrie, I'll be posting mine for sale as soon as I get around to taking pictures. They are the Epaulet makeup.

I sorta think Color 8 doesn't work with black pants (but that's really about it). Am I wrong?
