    Balmoral = Oxford

    I'm pretty sure an Oxford can be a Balmoral or a Derby.

    **Edit**

    Or I could be wrong, I've seen Bals and Derbys lumped together in some online catalogs. Must be for convenience sake.

    That's just an effect of the way I'm standing in that photo, and the laces weren't very tight... funny you noticed this, because I had to tie my left shoe tighter about 10 min after taking this photo

    Yeah, just not a fan of that look with jeans, where the whole shoe is showing and every step I take there's sock showing. I like this look more, so will stick with it.

    My wool trousers have less break obviously, and I think that look is certainly preferred for an office setting.
