1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    1) I really like Alden's sand suede. The snfuf seems like more of a fall color to me. When it comes to suede, the sand, navy and the "milkshake"/"marble" shades work the best from Alden

    2) LIke mentioned before, a lot of retailers should stock E widths. If you decide to go with snuff, Leffot has E widths in stock on the leydon last now

Anyone know anything about these boots (what shop put them out, etc.)? Don't recall seeing any pics of these on the thread. Really like the look of these.

I know they're on Barrie last, and appear to have double oak leather outsole.

    Thanks for any thoughts!

Off topic: How do people get their cuffs to look and stay so nice. When I cuff they always look like shit. An old Army trick would have me using cardboard.

That two tone is stunning, it's almost a shame that you're going to subject them to the environments you described.

Does anyone have more info on the Alden offerings from Tres Bien shop?
Specifically what last these and these are on?

Both beautiful, but damn are they pricey! Is this a typical price point for these makeups?

Take out 20% to account for VAT... With free shipping and no US sales tax, these prices are comparable (or even lower) than they would be for me buying locally here in NYC

Just a heads up to everyone- North River Outfitters latest discount code (FIGAWI-valid through 5/28) seems to work on their Alden line-up.

What Alc said. Also, TBS often runs coupon codes that apply to everything in their webstore. They recently were doing $33 off every purchase shipping to the US.

I'm looking for a black non-Indy boot, similar to the LS Jumper or Pitt boot, but with commando sole. Anyone know of any makeups that are currently available? Something like this (from Blackbird) would be perfect, although it doesn't have to be plain toe:
