Evening gents, haven't been here in a minute, hope all is well! need to get my usual wear Indy's with a vibram topy replaced, who is reputable on the east coast nowadays? Used to use Aram exclusively for years but since he closed up his retail spot Ive made it a point to try and rotate to buy some time.. went to Bedos a couple years ago but he said a complete breakdown would be a problem stitching wise which threw me off as the topy is just glued... have 10+ years into this pair of Indy's and would rather not retire

I paid $55 for the service and plates and they didn’t charge me for return shipping . Cost me about $10 to send to him thru USPS.

Of course they can, but last time I checked, Cesar's Shoe repair in Manhattan charged $85 for regular (non brass-plated) Lulu's.
