Sorry, I couldn't tell you. The relationships between US sizes should be relevant for any US sized last though.

Would you really say the widths and lengths are the same across Leydon/TB/Plaza/Modified/etc?
I get where you're coming from, but in practice it's not that simple otherwise we'd all order the same size for all lasts...unless you're saying the difference in width and length between sizes is consistent (so like 1/8" per size, not necessarily the actual numbers listed)?

It's useful for the relationship within a single given last. Ie, if you want to know the dimensional differences between 8D and 8.5c on the Barrie last. Or say you want to know the length and width difference between 8.5D and 9D and 8.5E on the plaza last. It's based on the Brannock device.

Exactly this for a particular last, but not between two different lasts.

That chart, posted by Brandon a few years back, is not with regards to a last but rather the standard Brannock sizing for each size and width. Vendors can chose to align or ignore that on any and all widths, but that is the Brannock standard..
