Wife's cousin is ER nurse who knows her stuff. She said no need to go to Urgent care, as tape/ ibuprofen would be all they would do, so I'll live with it , and wear Barrie or TB last until better.

Left foot all purple, re-taped little toe to one adjacent, good news, can get Barrie and TB lasted footwear on, forget about Aberdeen for a while

Oh man .. never fun to to have an injured foot.. I know from running cross.. ice twice for 20 daily and of course big bump in ibuprofen.. 4 initially then appropriate hourly dose.. my remedy routine..

See my saddle shoe pix, for my remedy routine Did go to the urgent care place to have X-ray, nothing broken, but did dislocate the little toe joint. Frankly I do better job of taping toes than they did, but they are the Pro's. They kept asking me if I wanted them to prescribe pain meds, you know the kind that get people hooked. Refused, said Tylenol would be just fine.

I've had worse pain in my life, so passed on the pain meds. All manageable with ice/tylenol. Just can't put my foot in a boot, and that irritates me.

That always is the most upsetting thing. Anytime ya can't wear boots is a bad time.
