How often do you get a call that something you've been on the list for has come in - but you completely forgot that you were on the list for those particular boots/shoes?

It happened to me today. Second time in two years. I'll probably be placing a couple pairs on the B/S/T in the next week to make room on the shelf.

Wingtip Wednesday for me today. Would love to do whiskey Wednesdays...still working on getting a pair. It's a beautiful day here in San Francisco/California and we're officially open for business (well...nearly, still a few restrictions). Hope everyone has a great day!

So, sidestepping a sleeping dog, caught my little toe on left foot (barefoot at the time) on a door frame. Hurt like hell, looked down and my little toe was at right angle to my foot, this is NOT normal. Put on the saddles and went to supper with wife cousin, who is an ER nurse, she says dislocated, taped it up and said take ibuprofen ( I think I'd rather just open the Whiskey). May not be wearing anything but Barrie or TB for a while :)

I dislocated a toe at judo years ago. I taped it to the neighbor for support for several months. Then, one day I woke up and had to pick something up off the floor, before I was taped up. I squatted down and it went pop. It finally relocated back properly. It was off the entire time. I'm glad you got treated by someone who knew something. Otherwise, you could be walking around with a dislocated toe for months without knowing. Once it was back in place it stopped hurting within days.

Wife's cousin is ER nurse who knows her stuff. She said no need to go to Urgent care, as tape/ ibuprofen would be all they would do, so I'll live with it , and wear Barrie or TB last until better.
