I actually do. I went 10C on both models. I usually wear 10.5C on the Grant but sized down one as it had too much heel slip.

I have to go down in length for loafers as well, or I will simply walk out of them.

I may be fortunate in that my feet don't seem to sweat but I never wear no-show. It's either socks or commando for me. Lined or unlined doesn't matter.

I do , but I just avoid wearing loafers when I know that I'll be walking a lot.
