Ha, same here. At least the slush is mostly gone now. I'll definitely get a good coat of nano protector on these either way.

Let us know what you come up with as far as what to wear with the blue. I've had my eye on the blue suede longwings at B&M but not entirely sure what sort of pants would work with them.

They do look clean, I will agree. Just have a preference for eyes/hooks on boots.

And the funny thing is, I have blue suede bluchers, blue suede Indy boots, blue suede Aberdeen loafers, blue suede Grant Stone boots. They are all solid blue however, it's the brown tassel that is making me think, match trousers to the tassels? Or just go with tan or blue pants? Or just say the heck with it and wear them with whatever I happen to be wearing......

I’ve had my eye on those too, but likewise have not come up with an answer to the question of what i’d wear them with. Denim, probably. I’m not sure when you’d wear them, either. Parties? Shows? Nights out? All that seems so remote.

It does seem remote, but I wear them even if alone, on my deck, in the summer./

I think those are great Dog.. My personal at first blush was 501’s sockless. They are cool as hell and would be right at home here.

Agree with Chip. Shoes that cool will have a place in most any ensemble.

Tan, khaki and browns for sure. Light gray fresco trousers too.

One year ago today had my first Styleforum meet up on a business trip to Phoenix and free seat upgrades at the Suns game!



Indy color 8 on commando for me and bourbon shell Higgins Mill on leather for @aero25.



Hopefully will meet some more people who have too many shoes in the closet like me!
