The Tan suede I saw recently at David Wood website were a bit lighter than the one in this picture. These also look great !!

It just so happened my two current pairs of Indys fit your description. Could be lighting or something else. Neither are milkshake, which is much lighter and whiter tan. Mine were described as tan by Leffot. Leffot Tan Indy w Red Microsole

One warning. Don't wear raw jeans with them until you've washed the jeans a couple times. The indigo stains the suede.

Just received my new Alden 403s. Hopefully I can post a pic before a certain number of posts. I wear a 11 1/2 in the Allen Edmond Daltons so I thought an 11 would work for the Aldens, but no I ended up having to return for a size 10 1/2. These fit like a glove now though!

How many of us started with an Indy boot, 403 or 405? I know I did, just wanted to "see" what the buzz was, LOTS of pair of Alden later..........
I just started looking more into fashion and overhauling my boot and wardrobe game about 2 months ago. Before that I wouldn’t have been able to tell you what a Goodyear welted shoe was. Haha First I bought the Daltons thinking I’d be good on boots, and not even 2 days later someone showed me the Indys and I had to have them.

no doubt there will be more Aldens in my future. But my next purchase has to be a couple winter jackets. I’m hoping this forum will continue to feed me ideas without hurting my wallet to bad! Haha
