We wear white here until September end. I love black Shell with white.. these are with my old school RL Polo white All Cotton cargo shorts. BB Jet Black Tassel Shells w/ foxing.
My church going marrian and burying loafers.. haven't been to any of those events since the China Plague. So now we also pair with casual wear. I love these shoes as you don't see them much... in fact I don't think I've ever seen anyone other than me post this model. Unloved I guess.. lol View attachment 1462680

Agreed - wish Leffot would run these again.Black suede is like an oxymoron. Formal color. Informal material. But, these look really good. Unlike black calf or cordovan, which are so reflective, these look like where the light goes to die.
I have worn them with a dark suit before........just because I could.Black suede is like an oxymoron. Formal color. Informal material. But, these look really good. Unlike black calf or cordovan, which are so reflective, these look like where the light goes to die.
They look really good because they are on Aberdeen last, which is sleeker, if they had been on Barrie/Plaza/TB they wouldn't look nearly as good, and I probably wouldn't have bought them, as a "clunkier" black suede boot wouldn't cut it for me.Black suede is like an oxymoron. They are taking pre-orders for the same boot but in brown calf right now. Not quite the same as suede, but still Aberdeen last Cooney bootAgreed - wish Leffot would run these again.

Not the same. They've run it a couple of times in something other than black suede and I'm just not interested; still hoping they'll run the black suede version again...They are taking pre-orders for the same boot but in brown calf right now.
