So I got these Alden 900s for $50. They definitely need new cork but that's assumed with second hand right? One side polished one not. Another thing- have you ever seen your shoe size change with weight loss? I've lost 20 since January and am wondering if a half size change is in my mind or not? View attachment 1421557

Yes definitely. I lost lots of weight and went from 13 EEE to 13D.

Looking good, but you need to use square knots, especially with bar lacing.

Most likely not in your head. Have had to redo 80% of my shoe collection due to a 20lb weight loss and losing a half size. I think it can impact foot volume a bit as well.

Agreed. I gained 20 pounds and definitely notice my shoes being tighter. Not enough to change size but, definitely noticeable. One thing you can do is change sock thickness. That can make a big difference too.

Nothing better on a friday than a FedEx shipping notification :bounce2:

I was about to pull a trigger on a Color 4 smooth/hatch Balway, but this incoming pair made me push off that decision for future. Can't wait :D (it's not another color 4 unfortunately lol)
Must really be something! I'm actually a bit surprised that that GMTO is having trouble closing.
