Per one of my New Year’s Alden resolutions, I sent my beloved, old, cotton duck-lined Indy boots to Aram to have the heels replaced. They had worn down significantly on my adventures over the last 15 years.

His service was great. Excellent and clear communication about the job, quick turnaround (10 days from online transaction to receiving the finished product), and they look solid.
