Nano Spray WORKS!! Wore the suede straight tips to the grocery store, in checkout lane, lady in front of me was putting a bottle of not so good Chardonnay on the belt, it slipped out of her hand and landed about a foot from my boots, shattered and got them covered in the wine

. I was buying some paper towels, so quick wipe off and good to go. If you haven't treated your suede footwear yet, do so. Came home and changed boots, to let them thoroughly dry with trees in them.

Black Shell Unlined BB LHSes... these sport Horween stamps on both. The insides are a grayish green which I think is shell cordovan original colour.. could be wrong but read something about it some time ago.

Little early for Wingtip Wednesday, but finally got my Color 8 Shell Wingtip Boots from TSM! Noticed this Color 8 is EXTREMELY DARK and has some incredible eggplant tones depending on the sun and angle.

And my absolute favorite part of this boot!

Not sure if this was intentional or just by luck, but getting the Horween stamp on the tongue is quite a treat! Have them sitting in the backyard sunbathing before coming in and getting a treatment of Saphir Renovateur. These could lighten up and develop a shade of Color 8 that's unlike any other shoes/boots I own.

Got the notification on these as part of a pre-order a while ago. This was right at the beginning of COVID SIP in the US. Think these would've been crafted earlier, but TSM didn't properly process my order. Wasn't until I reached out a few months after sending my payment that I found out it had not been processed. Was worth the wait!

Yeah the stamp is nice but thats like 6th or 7th on my favorite things about those boots. Man, that is a sweet make. And I'm likely in the minority on this but I really like Aldens 8 when it has that eggplant shade, especially on antique. You've definitely got a winner with those my-man. Congrats!
