@Burzan @madhat do you take the same size as Plaza shoes/boots?
same here, Yenni suggested half down (same as my Barrie size). She mentioned the plaza loafers had been running large. She was spot on, it’s a great fit.

Prof, those Faded 8’s are looking just spectacular on you!

Zip, your boots are looking great and clearly have a nice amount of moisture.

Fantastic tankers V! Hard to go wrong with the NST and cool to see how the last changes them.

Great Choice yesterday Chip. Love me some LHS.

illing it Prof. Those Whiskeys are looking great and have a nice color on them!

Saz, looking great in your corky Indy’s!

Color 8 x Yenni as well! All ready for Spring.

I might be obsessed with Plaza last loafers now, the fit on these is great. Already considering selling my Aberdeen tassels and grabbing a Plaza version.

Some things defy logic. I've got a decent selection of boots available, both 8's and rare birds across the entire rainbow. Yet, I can't stop reaching for these previously owned, faded, nicked-up, scuffed, JCrew cap's........

You cannot be serious. If I ever get asked about spending $800 on a pair of shoes, I'm showing them this picture. 15 years?????? That is just amazing!!!!

Actually, they'll be 16 soon; I bought them in the spring of 2004.

Curious, how many recrafts?
None so far.

(I was a freelance consultant working out of my home for the first 5 or 6 years I had them, and since then, I've been lucky enough to have a job where I can park a few steps away from my office, so they've been used almost exclusively on carpeted surfaces their entire life.)

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
