Plaza last is good. I am, unsurprisingly, wearing my wholecut plaza loafers again today. I was walking around wondering if anyone has done an LHS on plaza; I am sure that it's not the greatest mesh of upper style with a more chiseled last.

Yes but they usually won’t hand stitch the apron. This is an example:

I watched The Ipcress File (1965) for the first time the other night. What an incredible movie. Vintage Michael Caine in his film debut.

As a shoe fiend, I'm always on the lookout and I tried to get a good photo, but one of the characters was channeling his inner @madhat with an Alden-esque slip on. Very retro (period correct) and very cool. AoM's makeup below....

Yea that plaza last tassel loafer would be getting preordered right now if it weren’t for the AE trunk show going on. Of course like many of you I need more shoes about as much as a bullet to the head.
