I think TSM is messing with us. I haven’t seen anything new and interesting for the past two weeks. Still the same old stuff.

Completely nothing interests me in my size yet, and there are a LOT of ugly make-ups hanging there for years now, they just added more grandpa styles with tassels, and browsing through those is not a pleasure.

Hey, I'm a Grandpa and only have 2 tassel loafers, both suede.;) I consider bit loafers a grandpa style.

Hi Audog, not meant that all tassel loafers are out-fashioned, a few models looks decent and cool grandpas can rock them well;).

But the rest are (IMO) hideous, I won't attach pics so to spare peeps reading this thread LOL.

LHS: chromexcel vs cordovan

Do you find they fit the same? I like my loafers snug and I have to size down to get the heel good. My CXL Dover’s stretched quite a bit in the toebox, so I’m thinking about trying the LHS a little tighter in CXL

I should have a better idea by tomorrow evening. Unlined CXL LHS inbound. Equal parts anticipation and trepidation.

9.5d in unlined cordovan was great on my right but cramped toes on my left and heel slippage. I was thinking about trying either 9d or 8.5e even in CXL (based on how I know it stretches.)

Wish I could have made the brooks ones work. 10c would be my only other shot on those

I’m wearing 8D Barrie. There’s just enough width in the toe box for my right foot. Barely. Tried the same in the Brooks unlined. Very close fit. Heel was good, but man I was filling up the toe box area side to side and also up to the front. I expect these to be the roughly the same. They’ll probably work but I have a feeling I’ll deform the front of the shoe a bit as my feet make room for themselves. This is probably common, but my toes seem to splay out as my foot flexes. Wish I could try 8.5C side by side to see how that compares.
