Probably won’t hurt it as much as the pup.Do you guys know if Saphir Super invulner safe to use on shell cordovan?
I am by no means an expert on Alden shops in NY. But isn't AoM a "factory store" and Leffot a reseller? What's the best Alden shop in New York? Leffot? Alden of Madison?

I said I was no expert, and it must be true. I had assumed (and you know what that means) that with a name like Alden of Madison they were one. All I DO know for sure is both are very helpful and have great footwear.Pretty sure DC and SF are the only “factory stores.”

What I've seen says not to use it. I've got Alden Leather Defender, but shell doesn't have much problem with water.Do you guys know if Saphir Super invulner safe to use on shell cordovan?

I would agree, just clean them and let them dry. Shell is pretty awesome for footwear.Sean, from Leffot, essentially told me I was wasting money to put any type of “defender” on shell as it’s so tough against water. It’s a tough tactic to take after the investment but that’s what I was told.
