A question for the gallery. How do I get these scuff marks off of my Indys? I sit behind a desk all day so I must be knocking my heels against my chair. Also does anyone have a shoe that got away? Mine are the tan vegano calfskin six eyelet plain toe chukka from AoC.

Start with brushing and some conditioner (or even rubbing wet finger on it). If that doesn't eliminate to your specifications some polish could be added

New shells arrived but there’s what looks like a hooked nail coming up from the bottom and thru the closed heel joint. I don’t think it’s pierced the shell but I can’t visualize that far down to be certain. Should I reasonably expect to deal with a repair or replacement? Thanks!

Anyone else take the time to remove the polish from the stitch on their new NST’s ? Always prefer the whiter stitch.

First is definitely brushing. Venetian Shoe Cream does well, but best to make sure the leather isn't dry/etc.

With a micro fiber cloth wrapped around my fingernail and a little bick 4 . Comes off pretty easy.
