There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

J Crew Cap color 8 CT boots today (somewhat of an underrated boot here, imo)...

Talk about underrated! I have the 9015 (color 8) and love it. Stock models can be just as great (or even better than) our so-called exotic grails. Enjoy your perf ct bals often, and in the best of health my friend!

You're right, they do look great in burnished tan! Still want them in Ravello. [IMG] Doubt they'll be available in Ravello within the next five (or ten...) years, though.

For those of us who can't play 'Whiskey Wednesday' here's to WTB Wednesday! (Although I'm anxiously awaiting my first two Whiskeys to arrive by year end -- been salivating over this color for nearly two years, will feel like I'm in the Big Leagues when they finally are here.) I'm seriously debating switching out the hardware on this stock model from TSM for brass.

New gorgeous drops at Bureau Belfast. Looks like they have a makeup I'd been surprised no one made before, #8 LHS on antique sole. Lined, unfortunately (would be awesome if they were unlined). Also some #8 unlined antique dovers (reverse welt) and restock #8 trubalance Indy boots, antique, leather sole.

On a different note, I'm about 24 hours away from having a pair of whiskey shell LHS in my life. And I am soooo excited about it.

My whiskey Wednesday contribution. These may be for sale soon(9.5D)as they don't get worn often. Somehow I prefer darker shoes.

Call me a traditionalist, but I think your wtb are perfect the way they are. The antiqued edge for color 8 is starting to win me over (still much prefer black with color 8), but brass hardware on color 8 is a flash in the pan, a fleeting fad, imho. But, I've also always said, to each his own...

Antique sole on a #8 LHS was something I've always wanted. Also, very jealous about the whiskey LHS. Where are they from?/

Great choice. I'm with you, that's a perfect Indy configuration. TB and Commando are the perfect pairing. I have a pair of CXL cap toe boots from LS in TB. They'd be perfect if not for the lack of commando sole. Waterlock is good, just not great for me.

I'm waiting on a pair of AOC/Adam's masterpiece of Tru-Balance-ness, the AF53A. When it arrives this winter, I'll be in TB heaven [IMG].

These are going to become my go to casual shoe for the next few months.

Quick question though - it seems that shoe bags did not come with them, are they supposed to? My LWBs and PTBs both came with bags, but they are shell. Are all Aldens supposed to come with bags?

Looking good Cody! Nice boots and glad that you found exactly what you were looking for.

Those are looking absolutely superb! Enjoy your Boots, they are beautiful.

    Beautiful looking Balmorals today!

Nice to see your paws appearing more often Repp, the JCrews are looking good and taking good care of you!

You are doing well on Wingtip Wednesday. Your Boots are looking stellar.

Magnificent looking LWBs. Understand, not everyone wants a tan colored shoe.

Beautiful looking CHukkas. Enjoy your new boots! I *thought* that all Aldens came with shoe bags, but I *could* be wrong....

Lovely looking Whiskeys. Cool choice with the Red Danite. I did a similar conversion to my older Ravello WT Boots.

Jeez, those Cigars are just smoking!
