Important Update from Carlos Santos: The Factory will unfortunately remain closed and re-open 6th of May!

Hi everyone, as you can see above, the news are that the factory will remain closed for a few weeks. It is completely understandable and not unique, as most factories around the world are closed for the time being. This obviously means that people that have pre-ordered shoes will experience a delay on their order. I am in constant contact with Ana Santos and I hope we can expedite the orders as soon as they re-open.

People that are affected include those that are on the Handgrade Adelaide Orders, the Sneakers that were supposed to be dropping now and of course the Patina Service.

Now, of course shoes are not your first priority. But if you are in a better position and want/can support a small solo business (pretty much me) pay the rent and have enough for food, it will be greatly appreciated. There are 4 ways that you can support this. Remember you can use the code SF10 for 10% Off on Non-Sale Items.

1) Order through the Patina Service.

2) Pre-Order one of the models on the website.

3) Buying a
Gift Card

4) Help me clear some odd stock and discontinued models. I will list all of the options and sizes left here

dear Kostas, is the dark brown reverse stitch oxford available in UK9? I know the factory is closed, but maybe the have stock. I don't mind waiting for reopening.

Thanks
Hello!

The Reverse Stitch Oxford currently only comes in Black and is in stock. The brown one in Algarve is definitely one I would like to order. I can keep you in the loop for sure if you want!

PS: Is this the one we are talking about?

thanks for the reply, I meant this one which seems to be different (no patina). I would like to have a very dark brown one, yet many brown oxfords seem to be lighter, so perhaps it is down to lighting.

Ah sorry about that, that picture is from the Carlos Santos factory. This is a model from the 2020 collection that was ready to be presented in Milan and I was the first to see.

I plan to order a restock of this model in black in the next few weeks. I could ask for one pair to be made in this color. It actually looks like the boot color I posted above!

really great model. Do they offer this in a dark oxblood color by any chance (non crust)?

How would one inquire in getting something on the hand MADE line?

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
