just became a toteholder and trying to figure out my size. for guys who also wear shirts from epaulet, do you wear the same size in BD shirts? from the measurements it looks pretty close, but i'm not sure how aggressive the darting is compared to epaulet. i'm looking forward to receiving my first newsletter. thanks in advance

I have 1 Epaulet shirt (Madras Cranberry) in Medium and I wear a L in BD. I actually find the Epaulet to be a little looser than Wvg.

Yeah, I wear Medium in Epaulet and Medium in AD. Sized up BD should be similar to your Epaulet but with longer sleeves.

I second that. Epaulet shirt fits more like an AD. BD is way slimmer.

How similar is a Medium Epaulet shirt to a Medium AD shirt? I've always been worried that Epaulet shirts are too slim in the chest/waist.

I thought this was the WvG forum... Less chit-chat about epaulet and more about securing a tote.
Better snag that camo quick, Mauro told us about picking the fabric and I swear I haven't heard him this excited since "Human Centipede 2" came out.

rennavate: the AD M is definitely looser than the Epaulet M. They're closer after a warm wash on the AD... shoulders about the same, but AD has more room in the chest and slightly shorter sleeves. Epaulet shirts also have the lower back darts which leaves me with loose fabric on the upper back and a tighter fit around my love handles waist. Both shirts are great but for now I'm more comfortable in the AD.

Back to your regularly scheduled programming... TOTE TOTE TOTE TOTE. And I gotta say this again.. the tencel gingham fabric is amazing.

can't really compare Epaulet and WvG... AD is 'better' IMO because it has a larger neck and shoulders, but is better for a 'casual' fit.

At 6'3 175lbs i really like the XL BD. I am a slim guy and while it still fits slim for me, i have the freedom to move around. The darting is spot on, giving a slim torso look from any angle. Love it. And these new knickers are great! Will have to pick up another pair.

thanks for all the feedback. i'm gonna try AD in XS and go from there. i already preordered the camo chambray, i'll just change the fit from BD to AD. that woven fabric is freaking awesome.

I'm 5'10", 210. The XXL BD works perfect for me because it fits my shoulders with a slimmer waist. (34)
