I know nothing about this stuff, but all of these crazy watches with their guts hanging out or the roadmap of kooky movements on the dial do nothing for me. On the other hand, some of the simple watches in this thread are really very elegant.

Still, watches are 95% jewelry in this day an age of ubiquitous clocks, and I don't like to wear jewelry. I'm glad I don't have the bug as these things seem to get very expensive.
