1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    There you go again...

Look, I just know what problems I have with things. What is your problem?

Of the watches posted so far, I am liking mafoo's picks the best.

    [IMG] My Rolex feels inadequate.

Mafoo's IWC and the Vox's JLC are the coolest so far. But I'm just along for the ride since I know nothing about watches.

I love skeleton watches. The Corum Golden Bridge is always going to be my top pick. I will own this one day. [IMG] One day...

I don't like the number font on contemporary JLCs, which seem perfunctory and not well thought out, but I do like Vox's JLC. Iammatt's VC is very nice, especially with its AIP strap which really brings out its metal's color.

Lange 1 is mine. I just can't quite get past the hand-wound mechanism.

+1 The Lange 1 is stunning. My favourite would be the platinum. [IMG]

I don't like the watch, but its image is a powerful Teplitz deterrent and so I find value in it nonetheless.

Garlic also works on The Tepdoc.

Whats the allure of a rectangular watch? After all, the hands move in a circle and the gears are circular.
