SO, I had a bit of extra time today and decided to go through the last 70 pages or so of WAYWT to try to identify the looks that pop up from time to time on SF. I figured I would post them here as a sort of reference/for your interest/whatever.
I've classified them in two main style categories (with two outliers at the end for reference/fun); in each I found 4-5 distinct looks. Without further ado:

Very casual looks in order of most to least workwear-inspired --

Denim uniform by kiya:

EG steez by asobu and timpoblete:

Outliers

Ninja-goth steez by Chris. (admittedly not the ninja-gothiest one I've seen from him, but I liked it...:

I lean more towards the ladies, but maybe some of our members who belong to the ancient greek tradition will want to get on that.
Just thought I'd gather some of the archetypes as a sort of reference/archive.

I think I and shoreman share a bit of common looks (that I guess belong to the super casual category, atleast my fits), but it was a long time since I was a regular waywt poster, so...

and how can you have a "casual looks, from most workwear inspired to least" and NOT have a pic of SuperBobo in it?

this "visual encyclopedia" is already severly flawed with that omission

^I was actually looking for one of yours, but I just didn't have the time to dig deep enough into WAYWT to find one. Link to your post and I'll put it up there or something, because you definitely have a unique look.

EDIT: and by yours I meant SuperBobo's... Stop posting so fast GS! Geeze...

I think Baron's my favorite all around. He can go toe to toe with the best of us in suit and tie and then transition to cool, timeless casual. His style would be cool 20 years ago, today and 20 years from now if you catch my drift: timeless.

But damn strange 200 years ago, so maybe not so much.

There are some glaring omissions here, like those mentioned, plus Get Smart, Rye....

Saucemaster probably has the best "accessible" style here, meaning it's one that isnt grounded in a specific "look", his style appeals to everyone across the board incorporating a lot of pieces that will look good on nearly everyone, regardless of that guy's personal style. It's def one of the best representations of "streetwear" you can find on the internerd from anyone.

oh yea and Timpoblete is a great ambassador for the "casual - workwear inspired" grouping

Be honest, that's your way of saying I've got a bastard style, no real point of view, dumbed down for the masses, isn't it? You *****! (
