All posted before except the scarf (no Scottish ancestry so picked some in-laws tartan instead). The other harrington as seen in real life, so obviously I was lying about the cummerbunds and socks...

(forgot monkey boots, now added)

My JCrew Madras shirt. All the other recent purchases, i already posted pictures !

JCrew Madras_opt.jpg

The picture was taken just in front of the pub where we had our last London meet-up. I bought the shirt the day before at the JCrew Regent street store, 50% off.
Still got the shirt, but not the beard.

Sometimes, just sometimes, the bugger nailed it for style.

Dors bien, mon copain.

[Okay Styleforum, DON'T let me attach pics of Johnny Hallyday!]

Like the Inspector, I have shared pics throughout the year of most of my acquisitions so here is a brief summary of my favourite buys:

Spring / summer:

14. Vetra deets.JPG
Vetra workwear jacket from JS with a new webbing belt from Rohan, which I forgot to include in my list.

I prefer the jacket in a higher contrast fit, as here with dark jeans:
7c. Kingy Watchet (2).JPG

La Portegna box 06 17.jpg
Perhaps my favourite items this year - la Portegna, here and above.

J1 Princes Trust glasses.jpg
Tie from the Prince's Trust 'Tomorrow's Store'
