hi..
i've tried on lanvin tuxes, dior, canali, e zegna and many others during a month or so hunt for the perfect OTR tuxedo..

lanvin did'nt come up that slim from memory, dior was much slimmer and shorter (so slim i could not do up the buttons on the jacket)..
anwways, at that price point (1600 pounds) i decided bespoke in the A&S style the only way to go..you pay a bit more but you get something that actually fits YOU...not a dummy thats a generic version of man

quality wise,..i cant remember who makes zegna and cant be asked to look through the thread that has the info, but i seem to remember lanvin was decent quality wise as made by an italian maker

You can do much, much better for three large. Even shopping at MSRP you can have something from Zegna, Isaia or RLBL and if you wait for the right sale you can have RLPL, Brioni or perhaps even Tom Ford (if you really hunt and prefer the more fashion-forward styles).
