I went to my local KFC Express on Sunday to try it. I was in the area so I said, why not? Unfortunately, they said the Express KFCs did not have the Double Down.

I guess I will have to wait until next week.

I had one. It was awesome. 5 bucks is expensive, but it was delicious. I might even try grilled next time.

I also dropped into a massive food coma afterwards. Being drunk on chicken at work ain't bad at all.

While not healthy, it's healthier than the same sandwich if it had used a buttered bun instead of the extra chicken. You don't see people freaking out about those.
