So as we start the new year, anyone have any cop goals this year? Any cop-freezes in play or otherwise? Last fall season I went a bit crazy, so I'm going to attempt to be a bit more selective with purchases this year and hope Japan opens its borders sometime this year so I can visit again.. and do real damage :p

I think for this year I'm going to expand my style a bit and branch out into some workwear and western styling. I think those along with the repro all look pretty good together and I've got a bit bored just wearing repro stuff.

Some stuff in my want list:

Wide-cut ecru trousers and, depending on how my Zerrow's boots purchases turn out, a brown roughout pecos boot from them. Likely a pair of derbys or plain toe oxford too, perhaps Alden or John Lofgren. Been thinking about an Open Road Royal Deluxe but not sure if I can pull it off. All in all, continuing the largely workwear nature of my wardrobe but including western wear as well.

I want a black wabash workshirt and I'm on a quest to find the perfect workwear chinos and boot socks.

I have been meaning to try the TCB 40’s jeans for a while but they’re always sold out in my size.

Finally found one in decent enough condition and I’m having them hemmed. Considering the following options:

30.5 inches : no cuff, light break / no stack
31 inches : no cuff, slight stacking
31.5 inches : small cuff, no break

What do you think?

Also bought a bunch of Whitesville tees from Hinoya and I like them a lot. The grey ones are my favorites, then white, then navy. The black ones I don’t love as much because they are a magnet for cat hair.

The first or third option depending on whether you like cuffs or not. I like cuffs and am not a fan of stacking at all

I donno' jeans are just supposed to stack. It's just me but I have worn through several hundred pair. Been around too many cowboys I guess.
