Does anyone who want to look low-key actually wears breeches?
The Black Sign guys pull it off, I've seen Nishiura wearing them with black chucks for maximum flex.

Wow two hot washers and a dryer.. hope it didn’t effect the fit too much.
Yeah I’m just paranoid with sanforized denim having had a couple pairs shrink too much in a washing machine. I’m not opposed to washing regularly, but do so by hand versus machine especially with something like CSF pair which is sort of too difficult to replace now lol.Very little, as Jeremy noted. Still, putting them through a third time. They're faded denim – they've already been subjected to as much damage as you can give. And, as has been commented, dudes didn't start coddling their jeans until like 08, yet sick fades did occur.

That’s been my issue as well being in between so I usually go a size larger and generally prefer a looser fit for denim. The concern with shrinkage makes sense. I try to size up for that reason, but have yet to find the magic bullet. I'm always between sizes.
CSF?

I’m having an identity crisis. The jeans are too long and arguably a bit too wide. They cuff poorly at least. I could have them hemmed, but risk making them even less attractive. I could also taper them, but at I feel that violates some sanctimony around buying repro, as you start really messing with the seams.
how much length are you snipping?
If I want to go for this kind of vibe, then probably a good 2-3”.
Which seams like a lot. I’m not used to looser wider fits paired with higher rises, esp when the waist is a bit loose.
Do you feel like they're just flat-out too big for you?
