Good question and tbh, I don’t recall the last time they’ve ran it. I’ve only see the black iterations they’ve done last few years as they have three different black leather processes they use on their jackets.@Mghart Any idea if Freewheelers will ever reissue the Mulholland in brown?

I actually just got a pair of 1001xx as well. I kinda whiffed on the 800xx and didn't size up enough and they were just slightly uncomfortable so thought I'd give these a try- and like you I'm a big fan. FWIW, I ordered through BEARS Japan and they offer free chainstitch hemming with any order if you give them your preferred length while ordering. I don't think the thread is much worry, so I'd probably send it back to SE.I got a pair of warehouse 1001xx recently (would highly recommend) and I'm not sure if I should care enough to find a place that offers chainstitch hemming with 100% cotton thread or just send em back to Self Edge to have them hemmed with poly core thread.
Do y'all think that's something worth caring about?
Ach, after a few hours of wearing the jacket I’ve found that the pits become too tight. Unfortunately Hinoya will only accept exchanges (fair) and will expect me to pay shipping both ways (hurts, but ultimately also fair).Got it, small fits, I’m happy.
To be clear, I’m not having small fits, the small size that I purchased, fits me fine.
?
**** yeah. Can’t waitThey'll all go live in October.

That means “perhaps in the next few years”.. seems the other jacket models regularly get the brown/red tone leathersReply from Freewheelers:
"Unfortunately, we're releasing only black <Mulholland> jacket this season.
Hopefully in the near future!
We hope you look forward to it."
