I have a pair of Norwegian split toe bluchers in #8 shell that I think are quite versatile.

Monkstraps are my favorite business casual shoes, followed by chelsea boots. I think I own 7-8 pairs of monkstraps.

+1. Monks and chelsea boots pretty much go with everything. They can be dressed up or dressed down equally well.

I'm a relatively recent convert to the monkstrap, and if I had them in every color I'd probably wear them 90% of the time for business casual. In fact my black monks came in yesterday and I will probably even rock those with a pinstripe suit.
