    Master Fishball,

Are you good friends with Moda? Since Isolation recommend Moda, shall I consider Moda as well? Or better select either Peter Lee or DB?

Many "new shops" start up in this few years, and I don't know much about them, so please go to test them as much as you can. Thanks so much! :fonz:

I saw Moda website, looks similar to IL SARTO. I prefer a decent suit instead of fashions. I will not consider IL SARTO or Moda at this momment.

I will probably give them a try. They are $3000 HKD vs SS's $3000 HKD for CMT 3 piece, and Chris seems pretty confident, so if they are decent/acceptable quality I am looking to get quite a few suits made. I know they aren't perfect in the high standards of lost of posters here but I'm young and can't afford to get 10 Chan suits. =P

Anyway here are some better pictures of the SS suit jacket from before, a gray single button suit jacket and the chan suit. Sorry my roommate is busy and don't have time for me to keep changing. =P

    Hi Isolation,

    My case maybe different.

First, I am not rush to have many suits in short time. I like to build them up slowly. My first project is one 2 pc Fresco 520 for this summer and one 3 pcs Minnis flannel for coming winter.
Looking for your above picture, Simpson Sin is not bad even compare to Chan.
Thank you for recommend Moda, however, I need old school well made suit but not high fashion one.
Will check Simpson Sin as their price is quite tempting.

Perhaps it's the camera angle, but they don't look great from the back.

For me, I got my first tailor made suit from moda, I thought it is acceptable for inexperience one. However, I don't think the craftsmanship and price are reasonable any more.

    Which one is Chan suit?
    My guess is the DB.
Anyway, all of them looks "below average" standard IMHO.

The shoulder are much too big.
And you stand like a robot.

I can imagine that H. Baramon will have better construction if the right sifu is in the action.

I read your previous post and think your last photos of black suit are from Chan. Much lower than my expectation. A Marks & Spencer suit my even fit me better after a good alternation. Can't imagine why many people say Chan maybe the best tailor in Hong Kong.
