Does anyone know any vampires looking to move?

You didn't mention it has a "fitness pole" and karaoke stage.

A few questions though:
1. Why is the master bedroom so large but half of it is empty?
2. Why does the "home theater" have couches facing 90 degrees from the screen and behind a wall?
3. Did they take a modest 1960s house and add like 3000 square feet on to it?

@Piobaire, any chair recommendations for a room like that?

This morning they began tearing down one of the houses across the street from us. I am sitting in my den working now and can hear the bricks crumbling and glass breaking. I sort of like all the noise. I'll enjoy it now but the constant hammering and construction noises when they start building some sh!tty McMansion in a few weeks won't be quite as pleasant.

thoughts welcome , will prob self destruct this message soon tho
Along this question, what about a pocket door to improve spacing?

Our master bath is tiny and has a pocket door. It seems a lot more efficient than if we had a door opening into either the bedroom or the bathroom.

If I've learned anything from LPL, most locks are easy to pick and he sells the items to do it.

On the other hand, he is one of the best lock pickers in the world and has usually already picked the lock (and others like it) before filming.

If it takes him 45 seconds it is a really good lock.

That's a window AC unit in the wall, right? And the sliding glass doors are below floor level?
