When my son was 18 he had a foot surgery that caused him to be bedridden for a month. After he healed up he hung onto that piss bottle until we finally had to throw it out. Lazy asshole.

In college, I lived in a suite style dorm with 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. One of my roommates kept a piss bottle in his closet because he was too lazy to walk to the toilet in the middle of the night. Or more likely, too drunk.

Coincidentally, his name was Ed...

got into the dogwood for a little pre-leaf pruning, the tree is bigger than it looks. most of what came out was obvious, i guess it just needed a boost to help self-pruning

also, was daring me to go higher but i had to draw the line

I look forward to seeing my house here.
Buyer: Hey Mr. Seller, we would like you to repair x or we won't close.
Me: that's okay, I'll just keep the $2k personal check you gave me and relist. Thanks, bye.
More like $10k in this market. I put down $2k in November and we were the only offer. I assume your house isn't a MV/VV special, though, so the buyer won't be looking at 5 figures of day 1 repairs.

Speaking of... what should have been an hour project turned into an ordeal today since I discovered more fucked up handyman special electrical. (Seems like handyman vs. homeowner since it seemed like the person kinda sorta knew what they were doing.)

Don't you kinda sorta know what you're doing? ;)

I can only imagine how many ants are going to be attracted by the gallon of Arnold Palmer I dropped and spilled all over my garage floor. :brick:

spray white vinegar over the area of the spill.

I took that advice and no ants yet.

Once I have some free time tomorrow I'll have to hose everything down and sweep it out with the big scrub brush.

Are you saying that you of all people don't have an orgy room in your house? So limited.

You're doing it wrong if you only have an orgy room.
