A 1942 philco beam of light console radio (******* amazing piece of equipment)
9 ikea billy book cases floor to ceiling in black-brown with custom matched trim (mid project, hoping to be completed soonish depending on availability for the bookcases)

Zillow has our Zestimate about $100k over what we could probably get today thanks primarily to so much new construction in our neighborhood (and Zillow doesn’t realize it’s just about time for a new roof and new furnace and AC). If Zillow were buying in the Detroit market, I might have to convince my wife that we should take them up so we could buy the house around the corner on the huge lot that just popped up on the market.

I always forget that mall exists. I think I’ve only ever been there once and that was because my wife insisted we had to take our daughters to the American Girl pop-up store that was there a few years ago.

Weird. We NEVER go through somerset. Just directionally it makes no sense fors. It is amazing how close we live to each other and given how the area is set up, how different our social cislrcles are!

Growing up it was always 12 oaks and summit mall (remember that place!?!)
