As someone who I believe has never engaged with any of your posts, I've noticed that you have a penchant for jumping into established threads, engaging with established forum members, and talking down to them. Not the other way around.

Your post in this thread about your recent house purchase is a great example of your "I'm just a young guy who's figured out life and the rest of you guys are idiots and suckers" schtick. It's condescending and tiresome, and I don't blame people for reacting to you in the manner that they do.

Maybe it's just your online personality and communication style, and you're actually a decent guy in real life. Maybe you have a unique perspective to provide this community and lack the maturity to convey your experiences and knowledge effectively. However, it's been pretty obvious to me that your StyFo persona has a way of rubbing people poorly, and I think you're just seeing a pretty normal reaction to that.
