We have a gaggenau aquasensor dishwasher, fantastic piece of equipment. thai one is 10 years old or so, Not sure where it compares, but when we move houses we would consider another one no doubt

Bosch dishwashers are great until some rinky-dink piece of plastic breaks somewhere deep inside.

Last time I moved the lower tray on the new place’s Bosch dishwasher was somehow missing 4 separate wheels.

We ordered a new washer and dryer for the new house and quickest delivery is October 20th. Said things are flying off the shelves due to manufacturing taking a COVID break. On a walk through earlier today to show some family we tried to get the pop up ventilation to work on the range but couldn’t figure it out so it’s either broken or I’m an idiot. Take your pick there.

Was looking at one prior to home purchase and thought it would be useful for the bathrooms. I can also use it in the kitchen floor. Is there a Miele version of this? I can probably hold out until the holiday season I suppose but might want to beat all the traffic and get one now.

I'm sure your part time real estate agent has his finger on the pulse of the market. In our area, we see 1-2 houses per week and they're always sold in 48 hours. They don't even bother with open houses or letting them go through the weekend.

We would see maybe a decent house every other week and maybe 2 if o”we were lucky. Also last time you mentioned it was nice your realtor checked for offers before you showed up to check out the house. That’s table stakes at this point and doesn’t mean a realtor is good just that they know not to waste everyone’s time.

Same for us in SoCal, we can’t even visit the houses before they’re already locked down. Basically you have to look online, and offer- check the house afterwards to confirm if you actually want to go through before you put the good faith money down

It’s super easy. All realtors are lying pieces of ****, so the answer is they are, literally, never good.

People like to say, “oh, my agent was great!” Nah, that’s just **** people tell themselves, because it’s the most important transaction they’ve ever made and they have to believe it went well for themselves. Real estate agents are barely necessary evils, and I look forward to the day when they become obsolete.

Is your realtor setting you up with at least a drip concurrent with your own searches on Zillow/Redfin?
