We have a vole infestation. It killed my Chinese paper bush.

The main LED in my pool is out. I searched for the part and the best price is 1.1k. Pool company says they'll install with warranty for 1.3k so not a DIY project, IMO.

Houses are money pits.

lol you even bothered looking up the part price? Don't you have a residence manager who does all this?

It is out of respect to you, a member of the styleforum custom title holder, that I will use his preferred term.

I considered recommending a telehandler, but I wanted to be sensitive to the more setback-challenged members.
You never get too old to learn something. As I said I've spent thousands of hours in those damn things and I never heard the name tele handler strictly zoom boom or manlift(a brand name)

I may be too old to learn how to feather out drywall.

I mean not literally, but I’m old enough that I’ve got better uses of my time.

Those people are wizards. I’m trying to put a level 2 over the fire tape in my garage so I can slap some paint on it. Doesn’t need to be pretty but man…I am slow AF and it looks terrible.

My hole patches look fine but my tape lines are embarrassing.

Maybe it would help if the tape that was there wasn’t total shít full of bubbles and ripples.

I ripped a piece off and retaped it myself and it looks ok, so maybe I’m not actually that bad at it…I’m just bad at laying it on thick and feathering out big imperfections.

But I’m also not willing to rip/sand off all the old tape and start over…it is a garage after all.
