Getting a little break between ARs. We had a couple days of mid 60s sunshine.

This Japanese maple didn't have a leaf on it less than 24 hours ago
All the water is stressing the succulents but it gives them great colors

We're right on the cusp of a couple months when even the weeds are beautiful on the Central Coast which is good thing because thats about all these commie hippies got on they're yards

My county banned the use of weed and feed (and most other synthetic pesticides) on lawns. But they only banned the use of them, you can still buy them since there are still limited approved uses. The only enforcement mechanism is ratting out your neighbors.

So dumb. How exactly is any of that going to work? "I saw my neighbor spreading...something, come check if it's illegal!"

wrapped up the apple trees , jjust in time i'm seeing way more critters lately and the trees are breaking their buds

i had to use the 6+ foot supports it looks like D-Day in my front yard
