my OT trees fit pretty tight, the only one I remember as tight is the AM hinged tree (I think all AM trees are hinged anyway?), like it was pretty difficult to pull out actually.
Do they also fill the shoe up front with no empty space? I think they might have actually sent me a half-size too small.

The shoe trees should feel snug and not overly tight that it’s too hard to take them out or too loose. They should stretch the vamp enough to decrease the creases in that area as that area flexes a lot and shoe trees helps to maintain the shape of the last as well.

Oct Tenth Janus Polo Suede SpTD on the Huang last with lightly contrasting top stitch and modified instep height (5-6mm) finally arrived after 4 months. Just for comparison, Yeossal is able to deliver within 2 months similar SpTD.
They fit perfect with no issues and let’s see if suede stretches or not but right now fit is spot on. Heel, toe tea , top line etc are all snug.
I must say I am very impressed with the quality of Janus suede, contrast stitch is a nice touch and happy to receive these shoes which fit me well now. Looking forward to wear these a lot.
Few things which were not impressive is that the box came broken and the factory sent basic trees whereas I had the premium trees in my order.

Cross post from the Yeossal thread.

I got these in Yeossal's last GMTO of 2020. I wanted a pair of black wingtips and the Duxton on the SG65 last in black hatch grain is what I went for. Ordered them on December 8th and received them today, January 15th. I was a bit concerned the black hatch grain would look a bit casual for a wingtip but I think this suits me well. Also, I couldn't find any pictures of the Duxton in a hatch grain leather before I ordered this shoe anywhere. So, if anyone is considering a similar purchase look no further.

Thanks. Well, before I ordered the first time I contacted them and asked about their sizing. They asked me about shoes I have and when I mentioned to them I have a pair of Carminas on the Inca last they told me if I get the SG65 last to get a wide width. I took their advice and I don't have any fit complaints. And, I don't think the SG65 in a wide width is wider than the Inca last in a standard width.

so same UK size as Carmina/CJ but in wide width, do you take wide in anything else?

I prefer the Oct.tenth SpTD on the Huang last over the SpTD's with square toes I've seen from Yeossal. The Huang last is wider and hence more casual.

Spectacular! I may just go for that exact same makeup.

On the trees, may I ask what the difference is? Those look like the ones I got, which I thought were premium. Is it that they're not hinged?
