I have a challenging foot size. 11 D/E. But low instep coupled with a girth foot and unevenly flat arches. I found his last very accomodating
Yeah, my point was that most people can find a happy medium without making adjustments to a last. There are different lasts, etc. The 181 last seems to work for people of varying instep heights and D/E width feet. I have a boot on his 191 last and that would likely not work for you since it's very voluminous

Those are breaking in amazingly. The pressure points around my ankle bones particularly are softening up after just 4 wears.

@prasom do you know for certain you need a last adjustment? There are many Chinese makers of workwear type boots if that's what you are looking for
Yes I actually contacted one chineese maker and he verified that I need a special last creted. the indonisian makers I buy from also adjust by adding more material on width and instep.
My sneaker size is 10 EE and Whites 55 last 8.5 F.

Does any one know how to contact Flamepanda (Peng). I have been emailing and IM in in instagram but have not recieved a reply. I do not have a prominant instagram account . I am wondering how to get in touch with him to order. Any thoughts?
I placed an order for my first pair in 2021, took a year for delivery. Nowadays his response is much slower than the last. My two pairs were place last year in April, i expecting to be delivered at end of year. But I guess after that I am done with flamepanda

Oct Tenth Jodhpur boots (OT48)

Pu Last

J&JF Bakers Russian calf

Dainite outsole

Semi-Tapered heel

Premium shoe tree

Larger antique buckle

Ordered this

Didn’t you sell your other pu lasted SPTD, due to the toe width constraint (even though Pu is F width)?

Modifying the last for this pair?
