The Herd: What are College Girls Doing Now?

I feel this thread is necessary. College girls have the most finely tuned herd mentality of any group in American society. I have never encountered sheep like these before! I will regularly chronicle the latest "thing" for college chicks. Some perennial favorites: -Ugg boots -Leggings -Bizarre thigh-length shirts with elastic bottoms that make them look pregnant -Ballet flats -Black/white/electric blue/patent red heels for going out on the weekend, regardless of what else they are wearing The latest trend is Facebook-centric. Every girly is editing her pictures with Picnick, an application that lets you apply sepia, B&W, etc. and text to photos. Some excerpts that popped up within 24 hours on my Facebook feed (yes, I almost killed myself):

Note the utter lack of even pseudo-witty phrases, tacky clothing and slowly forming beer guts.
