It's affiliated with Tiger Hood for golf lessons. The guy hits little paper boxes into a trash can with a seven iron at the corner of Mulberry and Prince.

i will look for him the next time i'm waiting for my panama. i just discovered e.r. butler & co. (who i went to school w/) past the lot....

When I was there, there were a number of these old men in sack suits and striped neckties reading in the library. It was a Connemera fantasy.
