i can measure for you but it fits me like most size S FL do so i doubt it will fit you well.

Browsing through the Japanese sites, it looks like there were a lot of fantastic charcoal-dyed garments this year. It’s a shame that none of the North American shops picked them up.

It is a shame, I agree. That said, I could see a lot of FL stuff not selling well at retail in the US, so I understand. There seem to be hardly any stockists these days
