"Blue Fendi glasses frames with the FENDI sticker still stuck on the lower corner of the lens—check. When he’s dressed like this, he says, “I feel high-class—like nobody can tell me nothing.”" Oh the irony...

From the opening picture, he appears intelligent (rather stylish, except for the big logo, and not a look a stupid person goes for). He has poor judgment and probably hasn't received a quality education (consider boredom as a factor in his thefts). He seems to crave recognition. Style probably will continue to matter to him well into adulthood. If the criminal record hurts him, he could always work independently as a stylist or consultant. (Keep the joke to yourself.) Maybe someone should contact him on MySpace and tell him about online forums - which the court system probably doesn't know about, let alone ban him from visiting. Learning to get his fix from sales and thrift shopping instead of stealing would be a good thing for all. Online recognition, too - maybe not, but that doesn't stop people here.

This is the reason we need to have chain gangs, not commissaries so they can buy their Chips Ahoy Cookies.

Please tell me, you feel the same about Bernie Madoff?
