I'd definitely wear the David Chu outfit. and like the Yamamoto outfit, though I can scarcely afford the money for a 1 wear suit. The Prada (3rd pic on second post) looks very wearable to me. But I used to hand out with too many fashion people, so what do know [IMG]

I'd also wear toned down Thom Browne, and hey, every man needs a fur coat for those days he's feeling extra-pimp, right?

No, for those days you get this one:

Which is Chu? There's stuff here I'd wear, the S/S thread also. Hell I'd wear the purple velvet, or the whole outfit in grays and browns, or *maybe* even in purple without the hat and fur.

The second picture in the second post (the one that looks sort of like miitary clothing, except much more expensive), unless I am greatly mistaken, is from the David Chu show. He has been the creative head of the Nautica brands forever (which includes John Varvatos in its stable) and deserves his own label. My worry is that the label will be nearly "too" wearable, too commercial, like some Varvatos collections of late. A collection should challenge the customer just a little bit...

That's the one I thought I might be able to pull off, as is. Probably means it is too wearable [IMG]

I liked these two. Doubt I'd be able pay what they're asking for them, though. [IMG] [IMG]

I can't say any of these outfits are outlandish, maybe except the leopard coat is slightly on the wild side. The Thom Browne looks very wearable with the short Chesterfield coat, which looks nicely cut.

Any number of the Galliano and DSquared collections are so much more inpractical. And Jean Paul Gaultier is another worldl.
