To be honest thicker junya knits don't feel nice.

I don't like the feel of Junya knits, though they look cool.

I have a few standouts...

I have a Margiela wool zip up turtleneck cardigan, navy, with two burgundy stripes running up one arm, across the back, and down the other arm - a ski sweater. The stripes have foam injected in them, though, so they're three-dimensional, and they give the sweater a sort of structural armor-like feeling. It's not really noticeable from a distance, though.

A couple of Adam Kimmel cashmere sweaters - a thick black cashmere blazer-sweater from FW08 and a tan houndstooth zip up cardigan from SS08. Great quality cashmere - very soft, without that oversoft feeling some Brunello Cucinelli pieces can have.

Over the next few months, I'm looking for some more patterned cashmere sweaters, and a cowichan sweater, sort of like that Cucinelli sweater that was posted below.

Hah. That knit was actually on my must cop list for that season but I could never find one in my size. If anyone has a line a new/gently used 52 holla at me.

There's a really nice Prorsum degrade cardigna for FW10, it's at least made in Italy (the solid cashmere one is equally priced and made in China) $750, I want it.

No preference. It works well on some knits, definitely. Jil in my sale thread has it and fits perfectly with the overall shape of the collar and cut.

I stupidly undervalue-bid a faded fairisle prorsum cardi over the weekend. Should've gone to 200USD. Kicking self.

Looks similar, but I've only seen it in olive/military green (wonder if there's a blue version I just haven't come across yet, I like that color)
